(Solved): How the pt care i have provided influenced my career & my decision to continue my education

I have Licensed Practical Nurse since October 2016 did 1.5 years in the Nursing Home while doing Pediatric home care Per Diem. left the NH last June and doing Pediatric Home care full time as i enjoy working with kids. my long term goal is to be a NICU Nurse.
