1. Double-spaced, typed. (Omit title page, references, abstract) 2. 1 to 2-page story of an incident that captures where you made a difference or what nursing is all about. Story must feature you. Example from clinical course or professional practice. 3. Can be an ordinary or unusually demanding incident that went well. 4. Use a pseudonym (false name) for patient.
