Good evening,

Another Interesting TED that gets you thinking. Conflict should be embraced and used often to drive business and governments. In addition, I have been an advocate of conflict in professional environments. With that said, I try to do it in a healthy way to open up a discussions to better processes. Mr. Mark does a great job of allowing conflict to be praised and embraced. For example, he talks about a friend. That ended up quitting a job because he felt that the law firm did not want to anything to do with human rights in any country. As a result, he ended up leaving the company because he felt that conflict was not embraced. Lastly, this paints a picture that some companies just like the status quo and do not want to do better by embracing conflict in a good way.
